It was failing on our Sharp MX-2600, so I tried it on our Sharp AR-M317 where it also failed. However, if you don't choose staple but set everything else identically, it will not collate even though the checkbox for it is set. I have done some testing on this issue and found that if you choose to staple it, it will collate by default. When printing 2-sided Crystal Reports (from Epicor 9) from a Windows 7 machine to a Sharp MX-2600N, the collating does not work.
